The Collector’s Guide to Pre-Ordering

A pre-order simply means that you are reserving an item at a specific price while it is still in the production phase, which is typically several weeks to several months before it will be available for shipment.
The reason we offer this service is that nearly all of our items are created in very limited numbers and it is not unusual for demand to exceed supply and the item sells out.

This is beneficial to the collector because it is common for these items to increase in value after their release. By pre-ordering ahead of release you have guaranteed that you will get your item for a certain price and not have to pay inflated secondary market prices.

For example, in 2008 we released a statue of the Street Fighter character, AKUMA. Our official retail price for Akuma was $275.00. Today, Akuma sells on EBAY for $2000+. That is why pre-ordering has become so common in the collectibles industry.

If you decide to pre-order an item there is one important consideration…Patience. These are hand-made collectibles and not assembled by a machine. This means they take time and while we do provide estimated ship dates on the products pages, unfortunately, delays are common while we work to make the best collectible possible.

Once we know an item has been delayed we will contact you via the email you registered with, so please use a valid email that you check often. We cannot be responsible if our email notifications are not being received because of SPAM filtering, host service blocks or your inability to access email.
